Within Canada: We offer expedited shipping for $15 per order with most orders being received within 5 business days. A tracking code is sent via email at the time of shipping for easy delivery tracking.
We also offer a rush service, Express shipping, for $25.00 per order with most orders being received within 2-3 business days. A tracking code is sent via email at the time of shipping for easy delivery tracking.
For salons and other professional businesses we do offer next business day delivery through ICS Courier for a flat rate of $15. Please be advised by choosing this option someone must be present to sign for the package. Cut off for this service is 12pm daily Monday-Friday. Please contact us directly for more information on this service.
Outside of Canada: We offer standard ground delivery for all orders delivered outside of Canada for $15.00. Most orders are received with 7 - 10 business days and a tracking code is sent via email at the time of shipping for easy delivery.
WE ARE ALWAYS HERE TO HELP. We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order on all items that have not been opened, worn, or tampered with. If your purchase isn't right for some reason, please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate your return and we will be more than happy to assist you further. Merchandise must be received before a return can be granted. Return shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer’s expense.
If you require a new item due to shipping error , it will be shipped to you from The Hair Shop free of charge. If you require an exchange due to ordering the wrong type, length or color, not a problem, please contact us at email@example.com to initiate an exchange. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back for an exchange. All items will be inspected to see if you qualify for an exchange, as opened merchandise will not be exchanged. Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
