• You have the right to return your product for a refund provided within 7 business days from the day on which you receive the goods. Hair extensions are a hygiene sensitive product, once the seal has been broken or the extensions taken out of the package they will be deemed exempt of refund or exchange.
• We have a strict NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE policy to ANY extensions that have been removed from original packaging.
• In the case of the hair extensions not matching you have the right to return and exchange the hair as long as the hair extensions have NOT been removed from its original packaging.  Any seal that has been broken or there is evidence of seal tampering the guarantee will be voided
• If you require a new item to be shipped to you, or a full refund, The Hair Shop will ship/refund the exchange at the consumers expense. Consumer IS responsible for return shipping, shipping insurance, AND the cost of shipping on the new exchanged item.
• Merchandise must be received before a exchange/return can be granted.
• Return shipping, handling and insurance costs will be at the customer's expense.
• No Refunds will be granted to ANY chemically altered hair.
